I has been tried my patience to solve the issue which is the Santander bank used my {$370.00} installment monthly payment only applied for the interest for the past 4 months, non of it went to pay for the principle. I went to the bank and spoke to Rep. a few times, and also made phone calls including today, but the issue has not been handled at all. According to the monthly statement, about XXXX of the {$370.00} supposed to pay for the principle, but the bank used the whole {$370.00} only for the interest!!!!!!!!!!!!
