IVE CONTACTED CAPITAL ONE BANK INXX/XX/XXXX AND SEVERAL TIMES AFTER ABOUT A FRAUD APPLICATION THAT WAS PROCESSED BACK IN XX/XX/XXXXTHEY VE TOLD ME THAT THE APPLICATION WAS CLOSED AND THE INQUIRY WAS PROCESSED FOR REMOVAL FROM XXXX AND XXXX WITHIN 90 DAYS APON CHECKING ITS STILL SHOWING ON BOTH CREDIT REPORTS EVEN AFTER SENDING ME DOCUMENTATION THAT IT WAS FRAUD. THIS IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT AND CAPITAL ONE ISN'T DOING ANYTHING TO REMOVE IT.
