Upon reviewing my credit report there are 4 opened/closed accounts ; originally owned by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The Company ECMC retrieved the dropped accounts and reopened them on XX/XX/2019 after I started a dispute against the loans with XXXX. I reached out to ECMC requesting that they provide me a signature of my approval of the loan but they couldn't provide a statement of account of my signatures attesting of ownership or a full account number of the schools documentation of attending the school. They did send a promissory note with my name typed in .... which is not my original signature nor ever sent to me via email or in person to sign. It is to my understanding that the report came from XXXX XXXX a school I have not attended. ECMC also disclosed that the review that I requested by the education department is still not yet clear if I am approved or not for student loan debt relief. The loan account number for ECMC is listed XXXX ... with the other numbers hidden. When I asked to give me the full account number for my report, they stated that they couldn't provide me with that information because it wouldn't help my case in submitting another dispute and insisted that your department will have the account information needed to process my complaint the account are as follows : Account XXXX. XXXX Account XXXX. XXXX Account XXXX. XXXX Account XXXX, XXXX Totaling : XXXX By the provisions FCRA15USC-section 1681I of the fare credit report act of 197, the items listed above be reverified and deleted from my record. These items do not belong to me. Also in FCRA 15USC-section 1681I part 5 and 6 states that I should be notified when the items have been deleted from my report.
