This is a followup complaint to CFPB Complaint ID # XXXX. Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc sent documentation in response to that complaint which proves that I am not the person they are pursuing with the debts which they reported to my credit. 1 ) I have never resided at the address that they have listed for " XXXX XXXX '', which per the attached documentation is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX 2 ) I have no associates or dependents or family members named " XXXX XXXX '' or " XXXX XXXX. '' 3 ) No members of my family or myself took ambulances on XX/XX/2014. Therefore, I am not the person who owes this debt.
