XXXX was a settled account back in XX/XX/2021 after numerous attempts and uploading proof and requesting the information to be blocked since XXXX would constantly furnish innacurate information. i proceeded to request that they ( credit reporting agency ) respect and abide by the FCRA and they refused. even after having proof that the items had been paid, receipts and settlement paid letters as proof and account closed. numerous times i was dealt with bias and refussa to uphold the law. i am requesting that the item be blocked from further reporting on my credit file since they are unable to furnish a truthfull accounting of this debt.
