Midland credit management has been harassing me for the past months such as reaging my account by adding a dollar or subtracting a dollar, also adding late payments to my credit report. These are both illegal tactics, per fcra guidelines they are definitely being violated. I wrote to midland credit about a mov because I want to see a contract with my signature from them or whoever theyre representing in order to add late payments to my account I need proof that that this debt theyre saying is mines is actually mines. I havent received anything from midland regarding my mov but Im still getting letters to possibly settle. I also included in the letter that if this info cant be provided to simply delete the account.
