I have 2 PROBLEMS with EXPERIAN that are ONGOING and EXPERIAN refuses to FIX THE PROBLEM AFTER NUMEROUS attempts. 1. With the Pandemic Free Annual Credit report allows you to get a copy of your credit report weekly. EXPERIAN REFUSES TO ALLOW this and has my account targeted since contacting the CEO years ago. I want my file RELEASED FROM THIS SPECAL DEPARTMENT and the ABILITY TO VIEW MY CREDIT AND MAKE DISPUTES ONLINE. THIS IS RETALATION ON THE PART OF CONTACTING CEO XXXX XXXX. I'm being discriminated against and treated differently than every other person. 2. I CAN NOT file a dispute online for the same reasons stated above. My file is in some secret department, with incompetent reps who have lied to me. I want my file released from this department TODAY. Whenever I want to file a dispute, I have to call in. When I call the number provided, they have to transfer me to another secret department when I'm on endless hold with incompetent reps. THIS WILL TURN INTO A LEGAL MATTER IF I CAN'T DISPUTE THE WRONG INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT REPORT ONLINE WITHOUT THE AID OF A HUMAN BEING, AND IF I CAN'T GET A COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT WEEKLY LIKE EVER OTHER HUMAN BEING IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICAN. I WILL NOT ACCEPT A FORM LETTER REPLY AND WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION IF THIS SCAM IS NOT LIFTED TODAY.
