Consumer Narrative
Wells Fargo charged me an ACH claim reversal which caused my savings account to become negative. The negative balance in the account was supposed to follow bankruptcy and remove the negative balance. However Wells Fargo did not clear the negative balance in the savings account they caused by Claim reversal. Additionally all the Wells Fargo credit accounts have been discharged. Chapter XXXX as such Wells Fargo needs to properly report these to XXXX instead of reporting as charge off on the note loans.
