I contacted you about Wells Fargo repossing my vehicle illegally after refusing my payment. Your Bureau did absolutely nothing to help me. I read you helped Military members that were scammed. Regular citizens that were scammed you don't seem to care about after receiving the billion dollar fine. I gave you my complaint & your office did nothing to research my specific complaint. Wells Fargo actually refused my payment. Eventually excepting a phone payment they never submitted the payment to XXXX for payment. Then said the payment wasn't authorized. I contacted XXXX who stated the payment was never submitted by Wells Fargo for payment. Had you investigated you would have found that out. They then added a repo fees after basically stealing my vehicle. I refused to pay the extra fees. They then sold my vehicle for a third of it's actual value. I was actually sent a letter thanking me for the payment. I also have a letter stating they didn't allow ample time before selling my vehicle. My name is XXXX XXXX I'm sure you have my original complaint. I find it difficult to believe you investigated my complaint & found Wells Fargo to be in the right on this specific case
