Equifax caused me identity theft after they got hacked in XXXX. Its been years now and equifax still refuses to assist me instead sending me a letter stating I need to mail them my id which I dont have to. After 4 years of the fraud caused by equifax I filed bankruptcy chapter XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX Chapter XXXX. Equifax has accounts on my file that say they havent been updated since XXXX which are fraud. XXXX XXXX was included on the bankruptcy petition. As was prosperity, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. These are all discharged debts yet equifax reports these as charge offs instead of bankruptcy chapter XXXX discharged. This is against the law. None of these debts can be collected legally any further as they were discharged. I do not owe these debts.
