I have made every single one of my payments on time. Ally misapplied one of my payments on my lease and hit my credit with a late. I called them & it showed as corrected on my account. Then it just happened again last week, despite every payment being made on time. It also shows on my account that I owe a double payment, but that payment isn't due until XXXX, which makes no sense at all. They acknowledge it's wrong, but it has devastated my XXXX & XXXX credit score which hasn't been corrected.
