Jefferson capital systems Inc, attempting to collect a debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. Amount " owed '' is {$560.00}. Account " opened '' XX/XX/2020. I never opened an account with this creditor, original creditor is " XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. I do not have any records of ever being an account owner with the original creditor. Would like to submit a complaint about both the collection agency and the original creditor. This is not a valid debt, therefore can not be collected. The collection agency needs to show proof of debt. If the debit is valid show me proof I was an account owner with the original creditor ( XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ) and have an outstanding debt please.
