Company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL XXXX phone ( XXXX ) XXXX What happened? I took a look my XXXX credit report and found out this company had flagged a account it says I owe which I don't for collection on XXXX for balance {$14000.00} I also look on my XXXX report that has the same collection on it but in a different account number both are for the IL Department of Human Service which I do not owe any thing nor have I ever herd any thing from them on this. The same thing has happen to me with this company about three years a go and when I called them about it they did not ask for the account number all they wanted to know was my social security number and when I would give it to them they hung up I had to report them to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. to get this taken off my credit report and if any of this was true that I owe any government agency money they would have confiscate it from my income tax. when looking at the reviews and complaints the XXXX. received on this company ware they used the name of the IL Department of Human Service to put collections on numerous credit reports that had to be taken off. this company have never tried to make any contact with me by phone or mail or any other means to try to collect any thing from me.
