I received a notice from a debt collector dated XX/XX/2021 from Midland Credit Management attempting to collect a alleged debt. I sent a notarized letter dated XX/XX/2021 disputing the debt pursuant to 15 USC 1692g ( b ) which states the debt collector shall cease collection of the debt while it is being disputed until the debt collector obtains verification. On the XX/XX/2021, Midland Credit Management violated my consumer rights by reporting the account in dispute, to the 3 major credit reporting agencies XXXX XXXX and XXXX Also this account was previously deleted already through a dispute process.
