I, Consumer XXXX XXXX have an issue with the way my consumer report was improperly used. Pursuant to 15USC 1681n, a person who obtains a consumer report under false pretenses or knowingly without a permissible purpose must be held liable for their failure or damages. Proof of said failures and damages are included in the image attached to this complaint, which shows the consumer reporting agency ( Transunion ) is admitting to willfully failing to comply to the rules under this subchapter through deletion of seven inquiries that I did not consent to, authorize, nor benefit from when previously confronted.
