I have been disputing an error in my credit report after getting the acknowledgement from the creditor in XX/XX/XXXX, for XX/XX/XXXX, for 7 times. Each time XXXX just closed it without proper research and I am not able to even dispute online any more as they abruptly close the window where dispute is entered and it goes back to starting g screen without saving any work. After complaining to Attorney general of California, the creditor again issued the correction letter. All my credit cards increased interest rates as my score went down from XXXX to XXXX due to the error. Unfortunately XXXX propagated the changes to other agencies also and all my reports show the error, and keep coming back after i individually correct with them. Need a resolution asap. Please attached documents for review. Please review and make decision if possible than just forwarding it to someone and then abruptly closing the case based on improper response. I am really tired of the incompetency of the agencies and penalized for their errors even when they promise legendary customer service
