Hello, I am filing this complaint in regards to my Equifax credit report. On the fourth of of XX/XX/2021 I tried to access my Equifax credit report and create an Equifax account ; however, I received the following error code " Please give us a call. We can't complete your request at this time. Please call the Customer Care team and mention error code NH. tel : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' That same day XX/XX/2021 I called Equifax via the telephone number listed above. They said I needed to have at least three open accounts to receive a credit score, and I should check with the other credit bureaus as well. They said the error code NH meant " No History ''. I then stated that I did have three accounts open ( including a revolving credit account ), and I also have access to my credit score from XXXX and XXXX. After I stated this, the Equifax employee told me I needed to fax a cover letter ( stating that I need to validate the current information on my file and mention the issue ), date of birth, complete name, address, social security number, and drivers license. On XX/XX/2021 I faxed these documents to Equifax about twice ( just to be sure ) to XXXX. On XX/XX/2021 I called Equifax to see if they received my documents and they said they did not receive the documentation. I faxed it again the following day, and called Equifax again on XX/XX/2021 and they said they still had not received the documentation. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible, because I am not comfortable with sending my information again. Thanks a lot.
