I recently received a response to two disputes that I made under FCRA 611 ( a ) regarding erroneous items on my credit report involving transactions with Account Number : XXXX Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX and Account Number : XXXX Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX It saddened me to learn that Experian verified the disputed items, electing to leave them on my report when XXXX has recently removed the XXXX account and XXXX has recently removed the XXXX account and are still working on disputes for me. I am absolutely certain that the items I disputed are incorrect and should be removed, so I advised Experian that I was exercising my rights under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) to request a complete description of all methods used to investigate my disputes. They have NEVER RESPONDED to this request I personally made via phone, mail, email and via their online portal over 60 days ago. And now, discriminatorily they will not allow me to dispute these items online.
