I received a robo / spam call on XX/XX/2021. I called the number back, spoke to XXXX at Ability Recovery Services on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX pm and had the following conversation regarding the following collection account being reported by your Company to the Credit Reporting Agencies. In my conversation with XXXX, which she said was recorded, we talked about an account you are reporting on my Credit Report regarding the aforementioned account. I old her I do not know who she was and the alleged account is disputed in its entirety. XXXX told me to pay it in full or Ability Recovery Services will report and continue to report the account to the Credit Reporting Agencies even though the account is disputed in its entirety. No address or contact information was given to me to contact the original creditor other that the name of a hospital. I was not given any further assistance in resolving this matter by XXXX. When I explained to her my only other alternative was to file a complaint in court, serve your company, the hospital and the Doctor and she told me to go ahead. She also laughed and said go look at your credit report. I have contacted the Original Creditor by phone and they do not have any records they can forward me. The XXXX Practices of Ability Recovery Services use intimidation, threats and causes intentional damage to consumers like me in order to collect monies they do not even know are owed.
