The mortgage company is reporting forclosure on my account in XXXX of XXXX and the house was sold and paid off in XXXX of XXXX. There was no forclosure on my property they tried to do a forclosure fraud in the home. They held up paperwork twice for two buyers so that we would go into forcloser. In XXXX i spoke with several employees from XXXX and i was told the forclosure was a mistake amd it would be taken off, so XXXX my wife and i go to start looking to buy a house and the forcloser appeared again on my credit report so i got back intouch with then amd was told again they would take it off amd did not. so i reached out to transunion amd was told to have them send a email stating that so i did amd was told that a fullfillment department would reach out to me to take care of the issue, come to find out there is no such thing as this department. so now im still battling with XXXX to have this removed this had caused alot of problems and issues with myself and my family as we are trying to purchase a new forever home. so my last step is to contact the consumer finance to help solve this problem and get this removed off my credit report thanks. again i was lied to for over 3 years now back amd forth from a major mortgage company which i read up on the XXXX and there ratings are not good.
