Before I had credit I kept getting these random calls from Evergreen Professional Recoveries. They would say they were calling about an important business matter or a financial issue or something on the lines of being Vague enough to peek my interest. They would not specify anything unless I gave personal information! These things included full name, date of birth and an address. All things I consider sensitive information and I even felt they would ask to get my Social security number. If they really were calling me for this issue they would already have these on file. For the past year or so I thought they were total scammers trying to steal my personal information because they would not fully disclose the nature of the call and had the audacity to ask for such personal information. I have ignored their harassing phone calls which even disrupted my work at times! I work as a XXXX and it they had disrupted me trying to call the hospital when giving a short report of a XXXX! I have no debt and have not even had an X-Ray done for quite some time and that was filed under XXXX XXXX XXXX. So, I have no clue where this debt could have came from nor have gotten a WRITTEN NOTIFICATION even at my old place of residence which my mother still resides at and she received nothing over the time frame of this harassment starting. And now they are damaging my new credit score which is only 3 months old! They keep changing the information about when the debt was due as well it seems. I dont understand and its frustrating. I have disputed them with XXXX once and it got deleted. Multiple accounts. This time it was just updated. I dont understand how that is legal to harass someone like this and mess with their lively hood. I even looked this business up on the XXXX XXXX XXXX and have seen reports of them being scammers, not taking off the reports of peoples credit when they have been paid, and just over all shady tactics. So I refuse to give any information or pay a dime to these people. And interesting enough when I called them every time itd go to their voicemail. So I have been unable to resolve it with this company and its an issue. Can you please help me clear this up? Its gone on long enough. Thank you for whoever is reading and have a good day!
