To begin with, I would like these accounts removed from all 3 credit bureaus immediately. They were opened under my name when I was only XXXX. One was opened on XX/XX/XXXX and the other was opened XX/XX/XXXX. I was born on XX/XX/XXXX. My legal age was XXXX years old, but you have to be XXXX years old to open a credit card account under your name. I even filed a police report showing that I did not open these accounts. Secondly, per Florida statutes XXXX, the limitations on credit card debt is only 5 years. This shouldve been removed from my credit reports a couple of years ago. If these accounts are not removed from my credit reports, I will file a lawsuit with my lawyer against XXXX XXXX and Target for allowing someone to open credit card accounts under my name at an illegal age to do so along with XXXX for reporting accounts that were opened illegally while I was underage.
