After many attempts and going back and forth with the condescending and negative attitudes with various EQUIFAX agents and dispute department reps on the phone, especially when requesting to speak with a supervisor, manager or United States agent. On several occasions I made calls to their recorded line and uploads were made to update and/or for this account to be adjusted and removed to it's inaccuracies that are causing irreparable injuries to myself and business partners. EQUIFAX simply does not care about real issues that effect and harm real people. Uploaded is a FICO report that clearly shows said inaccuracies being reported and EQUIFAX 's reluctancy to rectify their error ( s ) and harmful practices. There were also documents sent to their CEO to settle and address these issues as well as requests/demands made for proofs authority and equitable interest in said Estate. I am still currently awaiting a response for those request/demands and expect a default to ultimately happen in the near future. To this day I am currently being continuously denied for any " loans '' or " Loan programs and I as well as my partners are currently in the midst of losing a lot of capital caused by their actions and reporting inaccurate information to cause these injuries. It's illegal and unlawful.
