1. The debt collector is illegally reporting data that is beyond the statue of limitations and is time barred. 2. The debt collector stated that I never called in however stated I requested a investigation. Also I will be attaching a screenshot of my call to the debt collector when a representative told me that the debt was pass the statue of limitations so technically they could not report. 3. I will be requesting the recording of that call that took place XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX 4. Not to mention this is debt that has been written off by the original creditor and resold and reported meaning it has affected my credit score twice doe the same debt.
