To Whom it may concern, I was recently reviewing my credit report and I noticed that there were several unauthorized inquiries on my credit report and/or someone has been trying to apply for something in my name. I have already filed an FTC Report as well and the report number is XXXX. The FTC Report is attached. These fraudulent credit inquiries made by the following companies : Inquiries : 1. XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX 2. XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX 3. XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX 4. XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX 5. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX 6. XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX 7. XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX 8. XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX Furthermore, according to the FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting ACT ), legally these unverified & unauthorized items MUST be removed!! I did not authorize anyone employed by these companies to make any inquiry and view my credit report. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ). This is a serious breach of my privacy rights.
