I purchased 2 XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX through the XXXX website. I was offered financing through Affirm. When I returned the XX/XX/XXXX because the robots did not clean my whole house and when my wife and I would come home from work the robot would be sitting in the middle of the floor dead not being able to make it back to the docking station. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to confirm receipt of the merchandise. I called Affirm on XX/XX/2021 to ask about my refund in the amount {$320.00}, XXXX at Affirm stated that they have not received my refund from XXXX and can not issue me a refund and that I have to continue making payments are they will report late payments to the credit bureau. I have attached proof that the items was sent BACK to the merchant.
