In XXXX I was late paying my phone bill and as a result my bill was tuned off. The phone company XXXX XXXX XXXX never informed me that thy were sending me to a collection agency nor did the collection agency, Enhanced Recovery Company, ever contact me. I only discovered it was sent to collections when pulling up my credit report. I paid it off. Also, after paying they have reported this account has not been paid in full which is inaccurate. My dispute is with notification with XXXX XXXX XXXX and ERC and the false reporting.
