Just spoke with my mortgage servicer to inquire if the forbearance or mortgage assistance request appeal was being reviewed by the investor and my mortgage company. On XX/XX/2021 XXXX, XXXX XXXX stated that loss mitigation confirming the modification and forbearance request was submitted within the 37 days and the documents sat on some one desk and were not processed. given for the underwriters to review it. He stated that now RESPA has 30 days to respond to the complaint. And to check back in 3 days. He also stated customer service has forwarded the complaint I made yesterday to XXXX the supervisor stating I have been given conflicting responses from different Agents with no resolution. Just spoke with XXXX XXXX, asking if mortgage assistance appeal was being reviewed and if the foreclosure sale date was being canceled. He stated his supervisor told him to tell me sale date would not be canceled even though there was and appeal being reviewed. I asked for the name of his supervisor who was providing the information and he said she said she did not have to give her name or ID number. XXXX is unwilling to help homeowners and they give you the run around.
