i called an closed the account they never did and charge monthly {$40.00} i didn't new account was open i called they told me my new amount is {$80.00} ( past due ) they said it was their mistake and credit that amount and close the account then my credit report told me i had 52 points less due to past due account / deliquent i called them, they send me to send a letter to their credit repair still the same
