I contacted Transunion and XXXX in XX/XX/2021 about inquiries on my credit report that are not mine and not associated with any accounts I have. I was advised to have the companies that initiated the inquiry to send a deletion letter to the Transunion and XXXX and that I needed to send an authorization letter to Transunion and XXXX. I requested the deletion letter to be sent and I sent my required letter but no results so I again contacted Transunion and XXXX and the companies that initiated the inquiry in XX/XX/2021 but was given the same steps to complete so I followed those steps once more. Here it is XX/XX/2021 but no results despite doing everything I was asked to do.
