XXXX successful got Experian to remove XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from my credit report on XX/XX/2021. I was checking my score online when I noticed that Experian had re- inserted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX unto my credit profile without notifying me of this. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was re-inserted into my credit profile on XX/XX/2021. The law states that if an item in re- inserted into a person 's credit report then that person should be notified within 5 days. Its now 8days since the re- insertion of the previously deleted item and I have not been notified by Experian the reasons for this and the documents to prove the reason it was re- inserted into my credit profile 3 months after it was deleted. This is a violation of the law.
