Credit Managment is reporting a fraudulent account on my credit. I contacted XXXX XXXX and informed them that I dont have an outstanding account with XXXX. They said that I could either file a fraud claim which could take 45-90 days or I could pay the {$38.00} balance, and the collection account will be removed from my credit. Upon contacting Credit Managment, they informed me that XXXX didt communicate to them that this account needs to be removed and they are refusing to remove a fraudulent account from my credit. Please see the attached FTC report and remove this account from all 3 bureaus.
