Self lender wasn't able to remove the late payment to stop reporting to the credit bureaus. When I never got notify about a late payment. Not through phone number, email, or mail! I been with self for many years and I never missed a payment. This is affecting me to get a credit card or to even open a bank account! This is hurting me, for something I was never aware of! If you guys need any additional documents, I'll provide it .thank you for your time for reading this. As you see the screenshot below. Yesterday was the 1st time I got a notification.
