Wells Fargo supplied me with numerous different statements starting in XXXXAttached are those statements, with varying amount requests to bring account to current. Not once out of any of my complaints did XXXX, an Executive Resolution Specialist for Wells Fargo Auto verify payment or debt. Was the amount every other week {$2900.00} and {$1700.00} at 13.14 % = {$10.00}, XXXX + {$9.00} daily interest = {$45.00}, XXXX or pay {$28.00}, XXXX. So my payments were not ever going to principal, and I was charged a daily and varying interest on top of a {$13.00}. I was told someone would get back to me in late XXXX to verify what amount to pay Attached is Mr. XXXX response from XX/XX/2021, who said he would need more time researching, would follow-up with a reply XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX received a response that I was 120 days late after no follow-up, verification how much to pay, or get my account back on track. . Zero Wells Fargo Auto representatives verified how much to pay or followed up. Only aggressive scare tactics, misleading statements, calls, emails, correspondences trying to force me to pay $ XXXX up until XXXX, calls stopped mid-way through.
