I filled a CHAPTER-XXXX BANKRUPTCY That was DISMISSED and My Mortage was included. But the Mortage company " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' is still reporting the the Reporting Angency 's after 2 years. And they reported XX/XX/XXXX and my BANKRUPTCY was Dissmissed XX/XX/XXXX. It dropped my score significantly! They waited 2 years and false reported knowing that it was dismissed. On top of that it is in the law under 15 USC 1681 ( a ) under the exclusions ( b ) that this has to be excluded from my credit report, so how is it that this is even reporting. This is wrong and it is affecting consumers but they don't care.
