I reached out to West Lake financial in XXXX of this year ( XXXX ) to see alternative financial options due to income changes brought on by covid and the dealership where I signed a loan of around {$7500.00} on a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX, XXXX. Currently. The car no longer runs, XXXX continue to pay the outrageous monthly amount which is equal to a brand new car monthly payment with unbelievably HIGH INTEREST! Unfortunately, the response from Westlake financial was more frustrating. I was told, A contract is a contract I was hoping for lower payment amounts at least! I have worked so hard to clean my credit for years, Ive since had to purchase a clunker. Im not rich, Im a graduate student and mom of XXXX receiving XXXX Westlake Financial does NOT care about your hardships! A contract is a contract! Every time I look at my statements it looks like I pay NOTHING! It never decreases by much! For example ; Monthly Payment {$220.00} I pay {$85.00}. Interest fees a month Principal {$130.00}
