I have sent Equifax several dispute letters with verification documents that confirms my Identity Theft status such as police reports. Last letter sent was mailed visa USPS certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX and received by an Equifax employee on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX in XXXX XXXX GA XXXX. This was signed for by the employee ( see attached documents ). There has been several inquiries on my report that are fraudulent as well as a new fraudulent account and incorrect balances on another account which was closed. The following inquiries and accounts are fraudulent and Equifax refuses to remove them despite my fraud alert and identity theft case. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX EQUIFAX MORTGAGE SER XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Report Date : XX/XX/XXXX The following has a incorrect inaccurate balance which was last reported on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Report Date : XX/XX/XXXX. This information is invalid, inaccurate and fraudulent and its affecting my credit score and preventing me from obtaining the necessary credit needed. Equifax has been contacted several times including phone calls, online disputes and mail-in disputes but they have refused to remove this inaccurate information from my credit report. This is a direct violation of The Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681.
