XXXX XXXX is in violation of my 30 day right to dispute. I contacted them IMMIEDATELY as soon as I seen these collections on my credit report. As I expressed to this agency. Not once did I receive a letter in the mail, a notice or a phone call from them regarding this debt on my credit file, from them or the original creditor. I had no idea this debt existed until this was added as a collection to my credit file. How is one to know there's a debt when no contact is being made. As soon as I seen this debt I called XXXX XXXX to get more information. I paid it. This debt should be removed as it violated my 30 day right to dispute per the FCRA.
