On XX/XX/2021 I purchased a motorcycle online with Chime debit card for XXXX. I realized that shipping would be delayed because of pandemic so I immediately cancelled the order the same day. I got a email stating order was cancelled and refunded. Chime made me fill out disputed transaction paper. I filed the paper along with all the messages from XXXX company verifying cancelled order and since then I have gotten the run aroundsome say they dont have the transaction some say they do and the emails keep coming saying they are working on I cant get a straight answer and that are stonewalling please help
