Re : BMW Financial Services XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I prepaid excess miles on lease expiring in XXXX in the amount of {$5500.00}. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I entered a new lease on a new XXXX, but XXXX problems arose. First, the local dealership did not credit my closing lease account the final months payment or {$1300.00} including taxes. Also, I was overcharged {$400.00} on damages I did not acknowledge although I did sign off on {$2100.00} in repairs when I returned the car. When I contacted BMW Financial they said to contact the local dealership. The dealership said to contact BMW Financial. Round & round this went for some time until I called the Presidents corporate office & I started to get help with a resolution. However, I overpaid by {$270.00} & BMW Financial is refusing to reimburse me although the manager XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX agreed to do so after a 30 minute argument on the phone as he kept playing a shell game. I demanded a full credit of {$270.00} & he only would accept a {$73.00} credit. Despite this no refund whatsoever! Today, I tried again online & got the run around again. Out of frustration I am filing this complaint. Im a great long term BMW customer. If they are treating me like this I have to imagine their unethical practices are widespread.
