This is not a regular dispute ; in addition, I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the XXXX XXXX XXXX since I am not aware of any of these accounts. I need this problem resolved as soon as possible ; I will not wait another 50 days for no response because you are clearly ignoring me. I demand that these accounts be removed immediately, or I will file for litigation as a result of the anxiety you have caused me. It is clearly stated in Section 611 ( a ) that failing to investigate these matters within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove these things off my credit report immediately. It has been 50 days, so they should be erased immediately.
