Consumer Narrative

I am contacting the CFPB because it is my last attempt of trying to correct the inaccuracies reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ohio XXXX for account XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have called to speak to two managers XXXX and XXXX trying to escalate this issue to be resolved because it is not only hindering my life but causing a snowball of other problems all due to the negligence of the staffing at XXXX. It has been reported two late payments to my credit profile when in fact I have not been. It has been confirmed by multiple employees that the fact XXXX is reporting a late XXXX payment when my due date was XX/XX/XXXX, payment received XX/XX/XXXX ( six days later ) ; I should not be counted for a late payment when the payment is incapable of being labeled late until 30 days past the payment date of XX/XX/XXXX ( which would be XX/XX/XXXX ). I have called and complained several times of the need for call monitoring and coaching of staff who informed me that my automatic payments were active when later informed they were not causing me to log in the XXXX customer portal to manually submit one time payments. I have over a XXXX credit score, never experienced a late payment in my life which shows this is not a regular trend of actions but in fact is the opposite of my character and habits. I feel that the employee that informed me that my automatic payments were active should be held accountable and that the incorrect late payments reported should be removed immediately. I have personally sent in two packers to XXXX XXXX XXXX including a formal dispute which is attached with the details of the incident, copy of my XXXX credit report which noticeably shows my XX/XX/2021 payments as on time and a in depth 50 page packet of my credit report to show that I have never been late with any lender in my life. I am begging for help to fix this issue because it is inhibiting me from closing on my home with my family because it has drastically dropped by credit score and reflected negative payment pattern that is not true. I demand that the XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021 late payments be immediately deleted for account XXXX 2021 XXXX XXXX and also the recorded phone conversation with XXXX XXXX services employee be pulled to show that I was given incorrect information.
