I was receiving my direct deposit like usual and all of a sudden my account was closed with my funds still being held. I reached out to chime several times and was told that I needed to send in confirmation of were my direct deposit had been coming from. I did that then received an email just saying that chime has the right to close my account for WHATEVER REASON THEY WANT. I said it was fine that they feel they need to close my account but what about my funds still held in the account. I have yet to receive an email back.
