Around XXXX, I was having financial difficulties but I found about my XXXX XXXX account gone into collections by checking my credit report. I contacted the debt collector, ALDOS sometime in XX/XX/XXXX. I paid the balance in full. I tried to ask them for in exchange for paying the debt in full to remove it from my report. They told me it could not be done. I paid them in XX/XX/2020 because I was working on improving my credit report and score. I am even working with a financial advisor to help facilitate this goal further. Since the balance has been paid in full. I would like to have this removed from my credit report as it is having a negative impact on my score and history. I am trying to move forward to correct my mistakes during a difficult time for me to support myself financially.
