I was notified by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 that my credit score changed.When i checked, i found it had dropped 36 points from Transunion for no apparent reason and could find nothing indicating why and there were no changes in payments, credit use or derogatory remarks from anywhere or reasons for the drop.I contacted Transunion only to find they would not give me any information but offered to charge me to obtain a copy of my report either over the phone or from their website.I then found that i could get an annual report for free and requested one.I also have had on time payments for 44 months, no missed or late payments, only use 33 % of my total credit which should be less with my last payments, have not applied for any credit or have any accounts in collection and do not understand why the large drop when i have worked so hard to repair my credit.I went through a large drop last year due to fraud and proved it was fraud that dropped my score 86 points only to have it raised back up 24 points when i did nothing wrong which is not right or fair and this practice is not right and only hurts me for no reason and should not be allowed.
