I was led to believe that by a representative of the collection company that when i paid the collection that it would be removed from my credit report with the three credit bureaus and it hasn't been. Please help me get this resolved. I have tried disputing it with the credit bureaus but it still remains on XXXX and XXXX. Please help me resolve this issue as it should not have been on my report to begin with.
