I settled my Capital One credit card charge off. Capital One did not report the change. I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus asking they correct or delete the inaccurate information. Capital One verified inaccurate information and the credit bureaus are refusing to correct or remove the inaccurate information. If this is not corrected i will seek a consumer protection attorney to pursue legal action for violation of the FCRA.
