I closed on the purchase of my home in XX/XX/XXXX. With the economy if XXXX I was able to refinance my home to get a much better rate and payment. After comparisons I chose to refinance with my same lender Cardinal Financial that refinance closed in XX/XX/XXXX. At the end of XXXX I was notified by the county to pay additional supplemental taxes not covered by my lender, which i paid in the amount of XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX I was notified that my house payment would be increased from XXXX toXXXX after an escrow analysis was done on my account due increased taxes. After contacting my company and requesting reanalysis I was notified that my payment would actually be increased from XXXX to XXXX for the remaining 29years left on my home loan and I would need to pay an additional XXXX to my account up to date. The company states during my refinance upon request the county quoted them my property tax at XXXX bi annually but later after closing when the bill came in my property taxes were billed at XXXX bi annually causing the difference. Those wrong numbers were put into my contract by mistake. After contacting the county they state and I have printed proof that my property tax changed in XX/XX/XXXX three months before my closing and the estimate they used of XXXX was only valid from XXXX of XXXX to XXXX of XXXX not through XXXX. Not updating the proper numbers and changing the terms of my loan now has taken any opportunity to continue negotiating before closing or choosing a different lender to refinance with. I believe these actions/inactions breach our negotiated FHA contract.
