Consumer Narrative
I previously disputed an alleged collection debt with a debt collection company by the name of General Reveune Corporation on XX/XX/XXXX. It was then removed from my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX. The debt collector illegally added the alleged debt back to my credit XXXX, XXXX and XXXX report on XXXX XXXX XXXX The debt collector failed to provide me with a dunning letter within 5 business days that it was reinserted back on my credit report. This is a violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act 611 ( 2 ) ( A ). I would like this account PERMANENTLY deleted from my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX credit reports immediately.
