Violation of FCRA 15 U. S. Code 1681 ( a ) under Exclusion ( b ). The definition of credit card under 15 U.S. Code 1602. My social security number is consider my credit card by Law and by Law, all items listed in my Facts and Law Demand letter must be excluded from my credit report and credit file. Credit reporting is completely optional by Law, and now Law is written that credit reporting is mandated. Therefore I am exercising my consumer rights and demanding all items enclosed in my letter be excluded from my credit report and credit profile.
